At MCI4Trade (MCi International Ltd), we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or circumstances may change. For these reasons, we offer a 30-day return policy on all of our used IT equipment, provided the following conditions are met.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@mci4trade.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our returns eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
