MCI4Trade Refunds & Returns Policy
At MCI4Trade (MCi International Ltd), we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or circumstances may change. For these reasons, we offer a 30-day return policy on all of our used IT equipment, provided the following conditions are met.
Returns Eligibility
- 30-Day Return Period: You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means the product must be free from damage, wear, or alterations not present at the time of sale. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other materials that were included with the product must also be returned.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please ensure you include this with your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:
- Items sold as “Final Sale” or “As-Is.”
- Items that have been significantly used or altered by the customer.
- Software, digital products, or licenses.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@mci4trade.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our returns eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be the original purchase price of the item, minus any restocking fees if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to cover the cost of processing the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another, please contact us to discuss the options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions outlined above.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@mci4trade.com. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
